I HAVE BEEN LEARNING ABOUT FIRST LANGUAGE ACQUISITION, AMONG OTHER THINGS.
supposedly my first word was “ball,” which i think we can all agree should translate into “balls” for obvious reasons.and i’m not sure just how silly it is to put stock in someone’s first word as some sort of sign, but i do think it’s interesting that my funny, sunny, personable little sister’s first word was “hi!”
my beautiful, former ballerina older sister’s first word was “pretty.”
my first word was “no.”
