“Shit Nobody Says”

on the subject, isn’t “Shit Girls Say,” the equivalent of someone making a “Shit Black People Say,” which i don’t think should be offensive, but probably would be, so why is mocking a group defined by sex instead of race or whatever else “ok” in this regard?
